The aroma is of strong dairy cream, with background chocolate. The flavor is cream forward, with liqueur, cocoa, vanilla, and sweetness, in the background. Ryan's has a milky, beige appearance, with a two drip, then wide space alcohol legs pattern. The aroma is of cream and rather strong Irish whiskey. The flavor is very cream oriented, with only an underneath whiskey flavor. The body is medium, with a velvety mouthfeel. Ryan's finishes semi sweet. RJT

This has a beige, creamy appearance, with relatively uniform alcohol legs. The aroma is of cream, and the flavor is of cream, sugar, and mild bourbon. The body is a bit thin (but, I didn't think to shake well, before pouring). This bourbon cream finishes midway sweet to dry. RJT
