I was skeptical of this one, perhaps being naive, since I didn't know they made a gin. I know them for bourbon and rye. This was so good I didn't need a mixer -- just a slice of lime for some citrus balance. Soft juniper taste, very floral. Adding this to the short list of gins I can drink straight.

Not much on the nose, sweet finish. Better than most affordable bourbons.

Highly recommend if you like a lot of herbal and floral flavors. I added a lime to balance out with some citrus but would probably try again straight up. Probably would not recommend with tonic unless it's a very light one.
