Tastes

Vanilla nose. Oak and bacon? I'm serious, it smells like a cured pig's ass. Taste brings vanilla and spice. Ends with some banana funk and oak and tannins and spice. Long finish. I remember this being more funky, but not getting that at all this time. Lot of vanilla really late in the finish.

Lots of vanilla on nose, some baking spice. A lot less sour and a lot more mature smelling than reserve blend. Taste has a lot of wood and drying tannings, lot of vanilla, a little banana, and spice in certain spots of the pallette. A little hotter than reserve blend, presumably due to higher abv. Finish is long, spicy, and vanillay.

Nose has banana heavy, light wood and funk. Slight off note (petrol, some other alcohol?). Taste is a little flat, again wood funk. Short to medium finish. Has a little sourness and a little off flavor going on but still good enough to sip if not being entirely discerning. Probably great in mixed drinks

Overly Woody and overly sweet. Not my fav.

Smell: bubblegum and some baking spice. Slight alcohol. Taste: a little bit of bubblegum, very woody in some spots in the mouth but doesn't take over. Balanced.
