Tastes

solera version. smells caramelly, but not overpoweringly so. I'm not noting spice or wood in the nose. lite vanilla. taste is well balanced. end has a little wood, not super long but not short either.

smells of vanilla and caramel, light wood. great dryness / sweetness balance. nice wood, slight alcohol burn. long sweet finish.

smells a bit florally, maybe a little spicy. tastes a little sweet, not too much going on.

not the best sipper, but crazy interesting. bit of a vanilla bomb, but flavor has crazy floral spice.nose smells vanilla-y and like barrelled caramel, but no hints of that spice. long spicey Woody finish. single distillery pot stilled.

Smells grassy, smells, tastes and finishes like sugar cane juice.

Good. Nose of alcohol, light papaya? I drank it too fast to give a real tasting review; for that I apologize.

Nose is sweet yet supple. Light bubble gum. Some brown sugar or barrel? Taste has a smokey note, like cigar. Has a tinge of a sour note. Long finish of charred barrel and sweetness.

A lot of vanilla on the nose. Some oak on the back, a light light bacon note. Taste is really heavy on oak, more than I prefer. A ton of baking spice. After that watches off a lot of vanilla. Strong tannins on the tongue making it feel dried out. Light banana funk (as other people call orange) lingers for a long time and vanilla comes back.
