This dram evokes the same feelings as eating a warm chocolate chip cookie, fresh out of the oven: Delicious, sweet, steady, solid, comforting. Lots of honeycomb and sweetness with a soft peaty finish. Small burn on the tail which carries the taste of an old pub booth.

Evokes: the wilds of Australia. Honestly each sip is an adventure. It’s a wily beast. Bit of a sherry bomb with peaty undertones. Vanilla, jam, soap, coriander.

Evokes: getting off the tube after a long day of work and pouring yourself a dram. Lingering flavours of the underground layered underneath mesquite BBQ and sweet raspberry vanilla. Filthy smoke lives up to its name.
