Evokes: a BBQ pulled pork sandwich, a big ol’ bonfire and, surprisingly, a Baileys hot cocoa The Islay flavour is strong and delicious here.

Evokes: hiking through an alpine forest on a cold morning. Your shoes are kicking up the slightly dry, top layer of dirt on the forest floor. Smoke from a nearby cabin is wafting through the air. 🍄🍁🔥 Quite young with a burn that starts deep in the chest. Nice wrapping of vanilla and juniper essence.

Evokes: for pi day one year I made a spiced blackberry and boysenberry pie. This really brings me back to that day; grabbing a slice fresh out of the oven and cuddling on the couch. An excellent dram from my favorite distillery.
