Enough complexity to make it somewhat interesting, but some harshness up front and off-putting bitterness on the back of the palate. Buttered caramel corn followed by autumn spice and a nice vanilla cola note on the tail end. Shows some promise, might try it again.

Mulled apple cider and caramel on the nose, perfect for a fall evening in front of the fire. Some heat in the front palate gives way to baking spices, oak, and caramel with hints of baked apple and maple. The finish is long and lingering, mellowing sweetly as it trails off.

Vanilla and some oak on the nose; a little heat up front, with vanilla, butterscotch, and toffee that transfers into the mid palate, followed by a lingering finish that trails off with hints of sweet spearmint.

This is a perfect dessert - just the right notes of cinnamon and spice backed up by vanilla and oak, with a touch of sweetness to balance.
