10/12/2017 $19.46 + 7% tax from Frugal McDoogal, I’m finding I prefer Heaven Hill products over Beam. Fighting Cock is a similar price and ABV and has been aged a similar amount of time and it’s the one add rather pour.

2/10/2018, Stateline Beverage, $34, I was hoping for more flavor but was disappointed. Rittenhouse is a better option. 3/5/18 To kill the bottle I resorted to making Old Fashions instead of my usual neet. After my last glass of Jim Beam I switched to Lot 40. Night and day difference!

10/23/2017 Meck ABC, $35, 2015 release, This is my first rye. Freshly opened bottle is pepper spice and vans shoe soles (new, out of the box). 3/1/2018 and I’m halfway through the bottle and I’m not impressed. It has a funky flavor that I haven’t warmed up to. I think Rittenhouse is a better option.
