Oak forward, with raw sugar hint. Sharp on the tongue releasing to vanilla finish. Drying mouth feel lending itself to light tobacco flavors, would be amazing with an apple slice or maybe even dash of cinnamon

Warm, light touch of vanilla and honey, with a rich finish of pinot from Papapietro Perry Wines.

Vanilla on the tongue that fades into a warm leather and oak. Sweetness in the middle, reminiscent of the old pineapple fields in which the cane is grown. Light pepper lingers on the finish for a very satisfying end.
