Reviewed July 21, 2021 (edited August 7, 2021)Caramel, oak, and slight cinnamon spice on the nose, the first sip brings a rugged but smooth caramel and leather taste. Subsequent sips bring on a little more spice, with a complex finish of red fruit and toast. -

Reviewed July 18, 2021 (edited March 5, 2022)Oak, toffee, and a little leather note all tickle the nose in a warm and pleasant way. A sip brings on more of the woodiness found on the nose, but also deep dark undercurrents of chocolate and red fruits, maybe raspberry. The finish is an oily mouthfeel that lingers with caramel. -

Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed July 18, 2021Salt and honey, with a slight mustiness on and hints of peaches or apricots on the nose. Sip has less peat than the nose, with more honey and a slight nuttiness. The finish is a little flat with a small burn, leaving behind seaweed.
