Really nice, a great balance between sweet and rich. Nose - almonds, toasted toffee, flowers, vanilla and a bit of chocolate Taste - dried fruit and almonds, some rich chocolate and a bit of roasted toffee again Finish - lingering spice and sweetness, medium burn, slightly oily

Nose - dates and flowers, a light caramel, some maltiness, roasted grains Taste - sharp spice and slightly metallic note up front, the mild sweetness and floral notes come though after Finish - sweet transitions to tannic dryness quickly, a sharp spice on your tongue lasts awhile, mild burn

Nose - burned toffee, French vanilla ice cream, flowers and dried fruit Taste - hazelnuts, cream, ethanol, a touch of dark dried fruit, small herbal kick Finish - starts sweet and goes really dry, lingers for a bit, mild burn

Nose - Eucalyptus and herbs, lemon and baking spices, underlying sugars and a hint of ash Taste - dry rye spices, molasses, leather, vanilla sweetness Finish - spicy sweet, lingers awhile, touch if dryness at the end, medium burn

Nose - citrus, vanilla, spice, quite delicate Taste - spiced oranges and vanilla, like a spicy creamsicle Finish - lingering spice, a bit dry, medium burn that also lingers

Nose - spices and herbals, vanilla and caramel, a bit of cherries Taste - spiced cherries, oak spices, light herbal notes like mint, some vanilla and caramel, hint of peanuts Finish - spiced and lingering, some oak tannins, medium burn

Nose - ethanol, caramel, baking spices Taste - light, sweet, a bit of vanilla Finish - short and light, no burn

Nose - dark fruit and dark chocolate, melon, vanilla, a hint of strong wine Taste - dried fruit and rich dark chocolate, a bit of melon, some vanilla sweetness and a touch of honey Finish - slightly spicy and sweet, lingers nicely, mild burn

Very pleasant, sweet, and approachable but still surprisingly complex. Nose - smells like a charcuterie board without the meat or cheese, walnuts, raisins, figs, honey, a bit of marmalade Taste - sweet honey, spiced figs, dried apricot, and walnuts Finish - long and sweet, just like after a spoonful of honey, very mild burn
