Nose - vanilla, apple, lemon zest, some oak spice Taste - sweet vanilla that transitions to oak spices, a bit of browned butter and well rounded bitter/nutty notes Finish - nuttiness fades to a mild dryness, mild burn

Nose - lemon peel, floral notes, a bit of grain Taste - sweet cream, citrus, mild spice Finish - sweetness lingers for awhile, slightly sour at edge of tongue, mild burn

Nose - light smoke and iodine, but no seaweed like you’d get from Islay Peat, some herbal notes and a bit of tropical fruit Taste - light wet smoke, some earthy notes with minerals, definitely tobacco, Finish - fades to a pleasant sweet smoke, lingers a bit, slightly dry, medium burn

Nose - ripe bananas, caramel and light smoke, like banana foster, a bit of sour cherry, a touch of tobacco Taste - smoke and a bit of wet ash up front, chocolate and banana, some citrus after a few drops of water the smoke fades and sweeter caramel and vanilla notes come forward Finish - sweet fades to smokey, and bit drying on the younger but lingers nicely, mild burn
