Nose - ripe bananas, caramel and light smoke, like banana foster, a bit of sour cherry, a touch of tobacco Taste - smoke and a bit of wet ash up front, chocolate and banana, some citrus after a few drops of water the smoke fades and sweeter caramel and vanilla notes come forward Finish - sweet fades to smokey, and bit drying on the younger but lingers nicely, mild burn
