Nose - apple, orange, caramel and mint Taste - caramel and spice, some fruit juice and slightly bitter tannins Finish - dry and spicy, mild burn

Nose - vanilla sweetness, citrus, a bit of caramel and some herbal notes almost like dill Taste - vanilla cream, barrel spice, caramel, citrus juice, and a bit of dried herbs Finish - dry and spicy, with some light sweetness, the spice lingers the longest, light burn

Nose - peach, honey, sugared almonds, some light citrus Taste - dry spice up front, metallic, a bit if the fruit and honey comes through, but it’s mostly a metallic spice Finish - really dry and a bit bitter at the end, the spice builds a bit

Nose - caramel, pear, dark fruits, light nutty notes and some maltiness Taste - fruit forward and caramel, some dark fruit and rich chocolate notes Finish - rich and oily mouth feel, the chocolate finish lingers awhile, very little burn

Nose - sharp corn and rich caramel, some baking spice, vanilla and a bit of citrus peel Taste - slightly oily mouth feel, spiced caramel, some barrel tannins, light vanilla a bit of dark chocolate at the end Finish - dry and a bit hot, the spice lingers the longest

Nose - bright and fruity, pear, citrus, flowers, some honey and a light herbal note Taste - Nice slightly oily mouth feel, creamy citrus and honey, some maltiness and light barrel spice Finish - sweet and lingering, a bit of barrel tannins, decent burn for such a light whiskey.
