Nose - malty and citrusy, okay spices and vanilla, honey and ripe fruit Palette - light bodied, honey, lemon, ripe fruit, sharp vanilla, tangy maltiness Finish - sweet vanilla and lemon that lingers medium long, mild burn

Nose - sweet dark fruits, vanilla, honey and a bit of almonds, some lemon zest Palette - silky mouthfeel, tangy and malty, sharp lemon and creamy vanilla, some good balanced oak tannins Finish - lingering citrus malt, medium burn

Nose - buttery cinnamon rolls, some ripe tropical fruit, vanilla cake Palette - medium light texture, creamy vanilla up front, sweet sugar and tangy fruit, some spiced apple Finish - spicy sweet, the creaminess fades quickly but the spice and tangy fruit lingers, mild burn

Nose - peaches and cream, caramel, creamy vanilla, maybe a touch of soft citrus juice Palette - thick mouth feel and hot, sharp and spice forward, a bit of peach Finish - sharp and metallic, very hot

Nose - herbal and a bit of green sap, some light spice, unripened fruit, pine Palette - light, green wood or evergreen, rye spice, some maltiness and a bit tangy Finish - lingering green wood, mild burn

Nose - butterscotch and citrus, some herbal notes, a bit of chocolate Palette - medium bodied, creamy vanilla and a touch or mint, light melted milk chocolate Finish - fruity and creamy, no bitterness, mild burn

Nose - rye spice and caramel, some nuttiness, a bit of vanilla Palette - medium bodied, hot, spice forward, some caramel notes as well Finish - lingering hot spice, pretty sharp heat
