Nose - tangy tropical fruits, very bright, honey and sugar, a bit of oaky tannins Palette - malty rich fruits, like brown sugar in apple oatmeal, rich and tasty Finish - the malted sugars and dark fruit last a very long time, no bitterness to speak of, mild burn

Nose - spiced cinnamon apples, ethanol, honey and vanilla frosting, lemon and orange zest, some mint as well Palette - sweet sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, lemon peel and orange zest, very mild bitter tannins, a bit of herbal notes and mint again Finish - the minty herbal notes and spice last a long time as the sweetness fades away, a touch of bitterness, mild burn

Nose - toasted wood and toasted coconut, some green apple and floral notes as well Palette - silky and light, the fruit and coconut notes are bright and easy to find, the wood tannins provide some nice balance, a bit of cinnamon spice Finish - lingering fruit and toasted oak, medium burn

Nose - light smoke and phenols, red apple, malt sugars, Golden raisins Palette - medium bodied, fruit forward then the smoke comes through, oak spices, some salt and a touch of caramel Finish - smokes fades quickly leaving behind salted apples lasts a bit longer, medium burn
