The sweet orange zest is nice but the peach notes are incredible. Rounded sweetness with stone fruits and florals.

Currently my favorite dram. A lot going on from the opening barley sugars through the salted caramel to the pineapple/apple notes and lingering stone fruits. Fresh and engaging, good for a long wind down.

Not too sweet, not too bitter. Very nice entry of dried apples moving into a melange of dried fruits, dark breads, roasted almonds and smoked cider. Good one to roll around and ponder.

This was my first foray into Islay and I loved it; smokey, peaty, briny, minty, throughly enjoyed it. Try it outside on a cold, wet night; sublime.

My first exposure to rye. A spicy entry without being overwhelming, light smoke and fall spices leading to lingering spearmint in the finish.
