Nose: Apple/pear and peat smoke. Palate: Thick, oily mouthfeel. Initial fruit and floral flavors, washed away by salt and smoke on the finish. Lingering bitterness.

Maple and vanilla on the nose. Sweet on the palate, vanilla again, with a touch of caramel. Lingering finish with a slight, but nice and warming, burn.
