Reviewed September 20, 2020 (edited December 22, 2020)Heavy brine and citrus on the nose. The first pour is salty with notes of lemon or lime custard. As the whiskey is oxygenated the malty notes start to become more pronounced. Very different offering in Irish whiskey! -

Reviewed September 6, 2020Outstanding pour! The nose is fresh mown grass, apple, and a slight cedar. The taste has apple and pear with vanilla and ginger and finishes with a hearty woodiness. Like walking in an orchard on a fall day. Phenomenal! -

Reviewed August 19, 2020 (edited September 12, 2020)My husband’s new favorite whiskey! The nose is peaty with vanilla and fresh apple. Tasting notes are buttery shortbread and an almost grassy flavor. The peatiness is present but not overwhelming. Really balanced whiskey!72.0 EUR per Bottle -

I was expecting it to overwhelm on the palate but it’s surprisingly well balanced! Notes of dark fruit are joined by vanilla and spice and shortbread. The perfect whiskey for the winter holidays, the first double vatted Irish Whiskey in 50 years, it’s a bargain65.0 USD per Bottle -
