Liked this a lot. Solid taste of pumpernickel though a tad astringent on the nose. A really solid rye whiskey

Not at all bad for $22

Amazing flavor of burnt caramel. Light and balanced. I’ve never tasted anything so flavorful. Smooth with no harsh burn. Far ahead from the pack in terms of an all around rye. And I’ve had a lot of rye’s.

On my first taste I didn’t like it. Tasted too much like scotch which I’m not a big fan of. Left alone for a week and tried it again and it was great. Super tasty. Go figure. Good flavors.

Okay. Nothing special. The rye is way way better

Definitely different than the rye and not as sweet but a good kick and taste of pumpernickel.
