green apples and fresh cut hay on the nose. a tad oily with orange zest and shortbread on the taste

Classic bourbon nose with that cognac coming through nicely. Spicy fruits on the taste with a lingering barrel sugar. Delicious.

a decent rye, good for cocktails, straight is a lot of ethanol with simple rye spice

Nose: malt, light cinnamon Taste: caramel, barrel spice, Finish: oil, heat, pepper This is Texas desert in a glass. It is beautiful
