Tastes

Nose: Milk chocolate, caramel, and cinnamon. Palate: Nice heat up front, allspice dominate. Overall: long finish, nice depth. Would recommend.

Nose: Vanilla and almost mild chocolate, and cherry. Palate: Overall: Brown sugar, brown sugar, leather. Overall: Pretty solid, not too complex. Would pay $35, but not $50.

Nose: Caramel and cherry Palate: Pepper followed by vanilla, spice and then sweet corn and caramel. Overall: well balanced, not too complex. Great bourbon, but wouldn’t may more than $40.

Nose: Sweet corn and caramel, mint in the back end. Palate: Cinnamon, floral, and mint. Nose: Long finish and complex. Would recommend and spend high dollar for this bottle.

Nose: Caramel and vanilla. Palate: Vanilla and slight cinnamon. The variety of grains used is prevalent and nice. Overall: The finish is shorter than I’d like, but overall a pleasant whiskey. Drinks lower than 50% in my opinion. I would recommend, but the price is a little high.

10 Year 2 months old - Bottles in 2022. Nose: Brown sugar and spice Palate: Hints of black pepper and sweetness upfront then followed by leather. Long finish with vanilla at the end. Overall: Phenomenal. Super well balanced.

Nose: Cherry, oak and musty note, Palate: Dark fruit sweetness, filled by cinnamon spice and brown sugar. Sweet and spicy finish. Overall: I love this whiskey. Cabernet is not as prevalent as one might expect, but one of my favorites.

Nose: Sweet and vanilla, a little ethanol. Palate: Pepper, followed by immediate sweet Chardonnay buttery notes. Overall: Many I know are not a fan. However, I love the Chardonnay finish. Very unique and I love it for whatever reason.

Nose: Bright cherry upfront. Palate: Up front classic rye spice and anise base with hints of sweetness.Long finish. Sherry dominates the back end of the finish. Overall: Great stuff, would definitely buy.

Nose: Upfront sweetness. Sweet corn or butterscotch, caramel, brown sugar. Palate: Heat up front followed by spice, oak, leather, and brown sugar. Overall: Classic bourbon. One of the best value whiskey’s out there.
