Reviewed October 13, 2022 (edited November 3, 2022)Nose: Vanilla and almost mild chocolate, and cherry. Palate: Overall: Brown sugar, brown sugar, leather. Overall: Pretty solid, not too complex. Would pay $35, but not $50. -

Bourbon — Kentucky , USA
Reviewed September 30, 202210 Year 2 months old - Bottles in 2022. Nose: Brown sugar and spice Palate: Hints of black pepper and sweetness upfront then followed by leather. Long finish with vanilla at the end. Overall: Phenomenal. Super well balanced. -
Thomas S. Moore Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finished Bourbon

Reviewed September 22, 2022 (edited November 30, 2022)Nose: Cherry, oak and musty note, Palate: Dark fruit sweetness, filled by cinnamon spice and brown sugar. Sweet and spicy finish. Overall: I love this whiskey. Cabernet is not as prevalent as one might expect, but one of my favorites. -
Thomas S. Moore Chardonnay Cask Finished Bourbon

Reviewed September 22, 2022Nose: Sweet and vanilla, a little ethanol. Palate: Pepper, followed by immediate sweet Chardonnay buttery notes. Overall: Many I know are not a fan. However, I love the Chardonnay finish. Very unique and I love it for whatever reason. -
New Riff Malted Rye Finished in Sherry Casks

Reviewed September 21, 2022 (edited October 6, 2022)Nose: Bright cherry upfront. Palate: Up front classic rye spice and anise base with hints of sweetness.Long finish. Sherry dominates the back end of the finish. Overall: Great stuff, would definitely buy. -

Reviewed September 14, 2022 (edited September 19, 2022)Nose: Upfront sweetness. Sweet corn or butterscotch, caramel, brown sugar. Palate: Heat up front followed by spice, oak, leather, and brown sugar. Overall: Classic bourbon. One of the best value whiskey’s out there.
