Tastes

Nose: Oak and vanilla. Palate: Leather and pepper spice up front. Creamy mouth feel. Long finish. Overall: Bitter more than sweet, but pleasant. Reminds me of a cigar.

Nose: Classic caramel, vanilla, with hidden notes of cherry. Palate: Nuttiness and leather. Sweet followed the leather bitterness. Finish: Solid, classics bourbon.

Nose: Caramel and brown sugar up front. Hint of Creme brûlée or custard in the back. Palate: Oaky with a little sweetness. Nose has more flavor than the palate. Peppery finish. Overall: Pretty solid. Not sure if this is worth the money. If you can get a cheap or free pour, definitely worth a taste.

Nose: Sweet corn, caramel, grain forward. Finish: Musty, grain, not much flavor depth. Overall: not a fan

Nose: Caramel, honey, brown sugar Palate: Upfront ethanol, bright fruit, and caramel. Overall: has potential but a little harsh. Not worth money

Nose: Banana, pepper, caramel Palate: Upfront oak spice, vanilla, followed by pepper and cinnamon. Long finish. Overall: One of my favorites.

Nose: Light spice, caramel. Palate: Vanilla, honey, slight oak, and pepper Overall: Solid every day bourbon. Nice depth of flavor but nothing to go crazy for. Would keep a bottle at my bar.

Nose: bright caramel, somewhat peanutty. Second nose after taste - oak is prevalent followed up by caramel. Palate: Surprisingly has more heat than I expected at 100 proof. Caramel then spice and heat, with a leathery finish. Overall: Solid - however, in my opinion, I like the nose better than the palate and finish.

Nose: Bright vanilla, brown sugar, and a little spice. A sort of short bread or sweet bread as well. Palate: Good heat up front. Oak, followed by spice, and then a slight blend of sweetness and spice. Overall: would recommend. This is not overwhelmingly complex, but very well done.

Nose: heavy rye spice. Almost metallic. Deeper into the nose, floral, then followed by bright fruit (really pleasant). Reminds me of sweet tea Palate: Spicy up front, followed by sweet fruit and floral dominance. Overall: 3.25/5. I like it, but not sure I would buy again. The floral/fruit notes are a little too powerful in my opinion.
