very bold, intense, and spicy even for booker's hot apples type flavor profile is really nice this one's a slow sipper with an ice chip or two, it opens up a lot more one of my favorite booker's batches of the last couple years

dark (purple fruit) spicy intense yet refined cinnamon molasses one of the best 117 series releases. if you enjoy "1915", this reminds me of that *but* less banana notes from 1920, more spicy cinnamon type notes from 1910, and then a plethora of intense spicy notes from the 130 bottling proof. if you like stagg jr, this feels almost like a brown-forman analogue. if you enjoy ofbib or of1987, you might think of this as a spicier yet more refined version. i will definitely try to buy another. not for the faint of heart.
