Tastes

This has become my favored cocktail whiskey. Smooth and balanced so as not overpower the recipe, but strong enough to hold the bitters as accents, not featured performers. And at the price I don't feel like I'm wasting irreplaceable whiskey. Not to mention, it's still good for sipping all by its little lonesome, too.

The more I drank, the less I liked. All I could taste by the end was root vegetable. Not even vegetable. Just root. This even after cutting it with a cube.
