Did I over pay? Who amongst us hasn’t from time to time. This is a damn fine pour. For me, this is like hearing a song play and immediately saying “this is my jam!” Fruit forward with great oak notes. Finish could be longer but we are whiskey lovers. Long finishes are not guaranteed.

This is the love child of a cinnamon roll and oatmeal creampie. Nose: cinnamon roll Palate: cinnamon roll and oatmeal creampie finish: oatmeal creampie You will either love or hate this. First pour was heavy on the cinnamon and light on the sweetness. Thought I mistakenly poured some Fireball at first. After letting it open up I can say Im a fan but wont buy it again due to price point. Definitely fun to have and share.

I love scotch. I love Bourbon. I love this. People might find reasons to poo-poo it but Beam got this right. Notes of toasted grain are chased by a delightful fruitiness. The finish leaves a little to be desired but thats ok because you’ll want to keep sippin.
