There’s really nothing I would change about this EC at all. For the proof it is remarkably smooth!

Full oak on the nose. Not a very complex bourbon, but good overall flavor. Oak hits hard and quick, with a quick transition to some sweetness that doesn’t stay quite long enough. Finishes with spice and a quick burn.
