Gosh. If you were just starting on peat I’d go here. Sweet sweet sweet. Well, there’s a bit of meat. But mostly chocolatey. The finish is like someone poured Hershey’s syrup down my throat.

Juniper, mint, cedar, vanilla and subtle red wine. Herbal taste with a vanilla pipe tobacco finish. Cool deal.

This isn’t whiskey. It’s somewhere between dessert and perfume you didn’t know existed. Cool whip, vanilla ice cream and toasted coconut. Amazing.

Peat Monster is a bit of a misnomer, but that’s not a bad thing. Peaty, yes. However, easy to see past it. Sweet and fruity on the nose. If you want to find the meaty, peat thing you can. But it’s not dominant. Taste is sweet and easy. Finishes like a red wine. Huge fan.

Cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, nutmeg, caramel and oak. A little chocolate and cinnamon on the taste. Have you ever had cinnamon toast with butter? Basically, if it’s sweet it’s in here. And I’m not complaining.

Oily orange, dried banana, brown sugar, and coconut oil drizzled on Cheerios. Nothing too bold. All subtle.

I poured this and let it sit for twenty minutes before I smelled it. The smoke was nearly gone, and it gave way to sweet aromas of caramel, dark chocolate, and a bit of cinnamon. Palate is similar with a slight taste of sitting by a campfire on a fall evening.

Nose: burnt rubber, sea spray, fish, brown sugar Taste is surprisingly sweet once you set the peat smoke and meat taste aside.
