Aroma: buttery caramel, cherry, oak and some baking spice Flavor: delightfully complex, rye spice, caramel, cherry and a good amount of oak and white tea flavor that carries through to the finish Overall: fantastic rye that has so much complexity and surprising range of flavor. For a $60 barrel proof rye it's definitely worth it

Aroma: apricot, cherry, vanilla, oak, brown sugar Flavor: barrel and rye spice leads to a burst of fruit and vanilla. Finished with smooth oak and enough spice to linger for a while. I got lucky, this is a fantastic single barrel, a big improvement over the small batch.

Aroma: sweet corn, vanilla and hints of cherry. Flavor: sweet, honey, vanilla and a splash of cherry. Very little burn, really good value

Aroma: a bit harsh, baking spices, ethenol Flavor: baking spices, charred oak and a dry and bitter finish

Aroma: vanilla, brown sugar and cherry Flavor: surprisingly sweet cherry, almost medicinal with a smooth oak finish. Overall a bit one noted

Aroma: Light red wine, stewed fruit, and brown sugar Flavor: sweet but balanced port finish with classic bourbon flavors. A bit bitter on the finish

Baked apple pie and grain on the nose. The nose comes through to the palate with a good amount of oak and very smooth finish

Sweet, full bodied, baker spices, and some oak. Fantastic for the price

One of the best deals out there. Complex, fruity, a little floral and has a nice sweetness. Not a huge rye spice but really easy drinking
