aroma: sherry, vanilla, apples, honey, cherry flavor: seems young, has a dusty oak flavor, sherry, apples, cherry and sweet malt finish: medium length, bitter oak and a hint of cherry overall: decent scotch, especially for the proof and price. it has a good punch of flavor but not that refined

Aroma: sweet fruit compote jumps out of the glass. You get some oak but this is all cherry and stone fruit. Taste: the sweetness is balanced very nicely by the oak. It's exactly like the aroma, cherry and ripe stone fruit Overall: not the most complex bourbon out there but if you like Buffalo Trace products like eh Taylor you'll love this

Aroma: brown sugar, baking spice and a touch of vanilla Flavor: molasses and honey up front followed by baking spice and a hint of oak and banana bread. Finishes well for the proof Overall: absolutely delicious for 90 proof and has a lot more body than expected

Aroma: honey, molasses and oak Flavor: sweet corn and honey up front with baking spice and molasses dominant. Finished with great beam peanut funk and oak. Overall: I was very pleased with how balanced and moderately complex this was. If you like beam and knob Creek you will like this

Aroma: hard to pick out much because the ethenol dominates. Slight corn sweetness Flavor: really hot, popcorn, and tons of spice Overall: not a very good barrel, very hot and youthful

Aroma: maple syrup/brown sugar, fair amount of heat that opens up brilliantly to some baking spice. Flavor: sweet and really rich, molasses and oak finish it off. Overall: I was surprised at how much I liked this, it's sweet for sure but has a decent amount of oak and spice to bring a little balance

aroma: cherry, honey, molasses, oak. not as strong as expected flavor: spice hits up front and then really mellows into honey, cherry and finishs with oak and some barrel spice. medium long finish overall: a little more muted than what i expected for the proof. Does not live up to the hype but still quite good nonetheless and very drinkable

Aroma: brown sugar, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon and cherry. Very pleasant but not jumping out of the glass Flavor: spice up front with cinnamon leading the way, fades into sweet vanilla and oak with a very light bitterness. Finish hangs around for a while. Overall: Very rich and bold on the tongue, I wish it had a little stronger aroma but still very good.

Aroma: initially a lot of ethenol but as it opens it's maple syrup and pancakes jumping out of the glass! Flavor: very mapley and heavily influenced by the black strap molasses. Really sweet and not much complexity at all and a very quick finish. Overall: this is not for me, tastes artificial and too sweet. So many things I would rather have for any price point
