Tastes

The nose is very attractive with sweet Carmel and vanilla. On the palate the you find an initial burst of sweet sugar followed quickly by stone fruit. The finish is slightly quick and drying. I find that the oak is a little two biting in the back of the palate.

Sweet and smooth! This is a whiskey that is much smoother than its proof suggests. The nose gets sweet and spicey notes while the palatae finds carmel vanilla and cinnamon sugar. The finish is moderate and leaves you craving more! This is a fantastic step up for the wheated whiskey crowd looking to expand their horizons.

The nose finds a plesant sweetness with faint whiffs of smoke. On the palate the sweet grain notes shine while backdropped by the smoke. This is a lovely light scotch! Well balanced and easy to enjoy.

On the nose its deluxe turned up to eleven. Lots of sweet rye and some fruity notes. The palate finds subtle spice and more stone fruit. The finish is quick and refreshing just like its cousin the deluxe. While its a lighter departure compared to American ryes, its very tasty and quite enjoyable!

Deep okay rich nose. Sweet carmel and vanilla on the palate. This whiskey has burn but its oh so good! It finishes long with lots of barrel and some spice to found it out.
