The Signet takes you on a journey. It starts off with caramel, moves onto chocolate, and ends with a nice espresso note. It’s one of a kind.

This thing is HOT. Chocolate, sherry, and bourbon notes are the first things that jump out.

Lots of red wine on the nose (initially I thought it was cab. sauvignon), dark rich fruits and strawberry jelly on the palate, and a hint of smoke on the finish. Truly a magnificent dram.

Easy drinking. It’s good neat, even better in an old-fashioned. Strong notes of corn, maple, and charcoal. A hint of “metallic” penny usually found in WT 101.

An enjoyable dram. Butterscotch on the nose. Cotton candy with a hint of peat on the palate. Contains this “oiliness” usually associated with Glenfiddich. I felt the finish was a bit too short for my liking.
