Light with a little spice. I get your usual vanilla and caramel along with orange peel and cinnamon. Has a long finish for sure. Thinking because of the rye in the mash bill.

Rating based on price. Great bourbon and worth keeping in the cabinet. Good on the rocks or mixing. Slightly sweet and oak notes are not real strong. Taste of vanilla and toffee.

A bit dry, peppery, and alcohol forward. Slightly sweet but with more of a dark chocolate, molasses, and rubber taste. Adding water or ice does not help this rum as it closes it off quite a bit. Best enjoyed straight but it’s not at the top of my list when it comes to aged rum.
