Tullibardine 500 Sherry Finish
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed September 10, 2020 (edited December 18, 2020)Decent smell (can't identify more) with very sweet, cream, sweetened milk, taste. In the middle I can sense spices as nutmeg flower, cinnamon, star anise. But the silk smoothness is overwhelming (in good way).SKOTSKÝ KLUB ŠEDÝ PES -
Glen Scotia 15 Year
Single Malt — Campbeltown, Scotland
Reviewed September 10, 2020 (edited October 1, 2020)Nice rich smell without any distinctive feature but with all that whisky aroma you would like. Very smooth taste, very sweet initial notes. There is all around taste of hazelnuts with hints of walnuts and butter in rich oily texture. I'm surprised how incredible and tasteful this one is. But it is pretty awesome, especially for sweet tooth whisky drinkers.SKOTSKÝ KLUB ŠEDÝ PES -
Glengoyne Distiller's Gold 15 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed June 10, 2020 (edited February 5, 2022)I like this one. Very smooth, neat, well balanced taste. The taste is very interesting, it reminded me the classic Czech white yeast bead. The sweetness, saltiness, yeast and caraway. I'm surprised by this, in a good way. -
I really love this gin. Somehow handcrafted to have rich and full strength, strong juniper note which somehow also give space for other tastes to introduce itself. The sweetness is there just enough to use some light tonic to give all the tastes the space. The overall smooth taste (considering the 43% of alcohol content...) is neat, so it works as sipper too. I'm huge fan of this tonic.

Gabriel Boudier Saffron Infused Gin
Distilled Gin — Dijon, France
Reviewed April 14, 2020 (edited April 12, 2021)The second of my favourite infused gins. The rich spicy, sweet exotic taste is exciting and it withstand even 1:3 tonic dilution, but it is also neat sipper. This one is far from your usual gin experience. It's exotic and it's fun and I really enjoy it even if the infused sort is little bit of cheat. :-)
