Breezy caramel on the nose - nosing this is nice. On the palate the sherry influence is strong but balanced and oaky. This really is amazingly similar to the Dalmore cigar malt

Picked up some saltiness in the finish. Nose is fruity and sweet which carries on to the palate. This is definitely a step up from the green spot but I think it’s a little hard to justify the price. Still a good whiskey nonetheless Take 2 : green spot for Aud 99 and yellow spot for aud 139. Going for the yellow now

Has all the hibiki styled sweetness and it’s smooth with no burn. I however must say it’s magic is a far cry from the hibiki 12 or the masters select. I think it’s a little over priced due to the hibiki branding

This is really not bad at 48% there isn’t any burn. Sweet and refreshing savoiriness on the nose and the palate. I just think for the price is maybe a tad high

Got the 200 ml travel retail bottle and this felt promising which let me to go get the 10. Citrus fruits and unmistakably is lay

When first opened the nose was fruity but felt rather tight and on the palate this carried through . The finish has a nice lemony twist to it. Adding a few drops however opened up the nose nicely though still no butter scotch in its finish but rather that a Bunsen burnet went through this

Beautiful fresh apples on the nose which follows through the palate. Just too good. If there was something to call the nectar of gods this comes close. Just too good.

A good combo of sherry sweetness and mild peat. Good value considering how much more the 18 is

Sweet butterscotch and looks like it’s going to turn into another NAS. I’d rather pick this up than the 18 which was good but not quite much of a step up
