Choco truffles on the nose with creamy vanilla, oaky spices and cocoa too. The taste is dominated of creamy vanilla, chocolate and a touch of coconut.

One of my favourite Dalmore drams. A lot of milk chocolate and oily peanuts from the ex-bourbon casks and still very fresh and fruity from the Sherry casks. Finishing with very pleasant sweetness.

Oily, so I expected spices in this one. On the nose these spices are accompanied with chocolate, sherry sweetness and freshness. On the palate the ripe fruits and citrus come first, then there are the spices to the finish. The finish is with dark chocolate and orange peel. Would try it again!

On the nose it is fruity with fresh spiciness as well. The spicy fruitfulness is dominant with red fruits, berries, nuts, dark and milk chocolate. Would taste it again!

One of the best whiskeys on the nose - the sweetest ripe pears with honey topping and a hint of spices. On the palate the pears stay as delicious as I imagined. They are accompanied with pleasant wood spices, because of the pot stills. The spices stay for a long time, so there is no need to rush for the next sip, although you would like to sip and sip and...

Sherry, fruity and floral on the nose. Salt water, red fruits and peaty cake can be found on the palate. The peaty cake stays till the end. Complex whisky, comparable to the 10yo.

Dried fruits, especially dried citrus fruits and orange zest on the nose, supplemented with gentle baking spices. Vanilla, nutty, dried fruits, herbs and spices on the palate, finishing the same, but mostly with vanilla and salted herbs. The herbs and the dried fruits are felt better both on the nose and on the palate with a drop of water - then you can feel the effect of the Amontillado Sherry.

Nose with an earthy grass, sea breeze and ginger. Light, sweety palate with fresh citrus and coastal air and saltness. Finishing with fresh green spices and ginger. One of the few whiskies in which you can really separate the taste on a few periods - from start to finish. An explosion of flavours. WOW!

Smooth, oily dram - typical for Glen Scotia. Takes time to open in the glass. Salted caramel with citrus peels on the nose, dried apples too. Then, we can feel dried citrus fruits, the salted pretzel, caramel. Lovely whisky!
