Exquisite dram aged in Vermouth casks. Aromatic nose of peaches in syrup and coconut with oaky, leathery, spicy and seasoning herbs complementary notes. The palate is very smooth, with spicy, peppery, sweet fruit syrup, white grapes flavors with a herbaceous medicinal finish.

Nice and tasty blend. The nose has oaky, cigar box, burnt toast, nutty, honey, corn syrup and spicy notes. It tails off with a touch of menthol. Smooth on the palate, with honey, caramel, spice, dried fruit flavors. Peppery attack at the tip of tongue with top of the throat spirit burn.

Smoky rich nose. Complementary leathery, oily and olives notes. Savory aromas. A hint of oregano freshness. The smoky character comes on even stronger on the palate. Oily chewy texture. The fruitiness and sweetness coming off the sherry cask envelopes the tongue offering contrast with the smokiness. Quite a wallop to the senses.

Charred wood nose, espresso coffee coming on after a bit. It has refreshing aromas, like fine green herbs and a touch of mint. Smooth and licorous on the palate. A spicy fruity sweet peppery combo of flavors. Smashing.

This has a nice smoky and flinty nose. Herbal notes and fleshy fruitstuff comes on from the background like white grape skins. The palate is smooth, mineral and spicy. Vanilla and white fruit sweetness balancing the peaty character. I really enjoyed this one.

Aromatic herbal freshness, agave, white chocolate, vanilla, and a menthol touch. Gorgeous. Middle tongue landing. Peppery. Syrupy, vanilla, fruity, herbal and spicy flavors.
