Seelbachs select. High proof, but that doesn’t come through. Cough syrup and licorice on the pallet, but it changes with the more water you add to reveal graham cracker and peanut, coriander, cherry, long finish that is not too sweet. Well done for such a high proof.

Light mahogany color, nose is banana and straw, subtle sweetness, palette has slight hints of vanilla, herbal, slight bite, leathery, medium long sweet finish. Almost reminds me Taylor Small Batch.

Mahogany color, caramel herbal nose, graham cracker, orange peel, slight pepper bite in the finish, oregano, not too much vanilla, oak in the finish as well 1.15.23 getting vanilla strawberry ice cream now that this has been open for a year. Fun!
