Caramel frosted flake nose, strong caramel maple syrup pallete, vanilla and dry finish

Juniper cedar nose, strong graham cracker and peanuts, maple syrup comes through in the finish. Slight pepper after a few sips

Side by side with Weller 12, flavor profile very similar except Pappy is more herbal and drier. But both syrup vanilla and caramel.

Daveco select. Slight vanilla nose, smooth with a cinnamon candy palette, caramel, sweet corn, medium long finish with slight smoke, white pepper, herb finish

Great mouth feel, oily, rye heavy, caramel, long dry finish barrel forward. Finally a sweet note at the end

Strong vanilla, marzipan, nose. Slight marshmallow, thick, smooth, orange, sweet, slight herbal finish

Graham cracker, raisin, vanilla nose. So smooth. Strong vanilla, toast, cinnamon, long finish, herbal notes, slightly dry oak finish 4.25.24 revisit. New bottle. Nose: cinnamon and bubble gum, sweeter than the last bottle Palette: Cherry Bomb! Slight brown sugar and oak. Still herbal but this bottle has more fruit. Long finish remains, but the cherry note is outstanding.

Strong caramel and brown sugar, alcohol carries vanillin, slight herbal, long finish 3.4.23 as a revisit. The bottle has been open for a while and now notes of cherry cola are front stage. Very good.

Chocolate raisin nose, smooth, more chocolate, slight hints of vanilla, mint, strong port finish
