Slight bite, sweet corn, caramel, spice, heavy cinnamon, 1.6.23 retaste Red copper color Spearmint nose Sweet up front with complex baking spices. Cinnamon has toned down. More of a peanut brittle flavor now. Honey mint with vanilla now. The change is welcome and I would move this to a 4.0.

Marshmallow caramel nose: wood, peppery, mint in the finish, long finish.

Caramel, pecan, cinnamon, oily finish

Different profile, sweet subtle nose. Vanilla. Tastes very different: some scotch smoky notes, medium bodied, long woody finish.

Sipping back to back with Eagle rare, many similarities, but with a slight spicy backbone. Sweet caramel, cinnamon, apple nose, medium bodied and very smooth like ER. Cinnamon and vanilla shine through, slight rosemary in the finish, under the tongue.

Very smooth. Orange and cherry nose, almond, mint, oak, dickle flavors, very herbal. Very light oak finish. Pepper lingers

Fresh garden carrot, spearmint nose. Oily coat of the tongue, clove, cinnamon, cherry, almond, so much flavor! Not dry, sweet finish nutmeg!

Sweet up front, not complex, but very smooth. Herbal spearmint, vanilla, long dry finish. Not very hot but maple syrup end

Cherry almond nose, clean mouth feel, graham cracker, cinnamon, tannic and sweet. Raisin, spicy finish.

Peppermint vanilla, orange nose, sweet on the tongue, dry wine finish with a rye spice. Herbal oaky oaty finish as well Retaste in 2.19.22 Still sweet but more marzipan type of flavor, mellow and pecan, some marshmallow, the dry white wine scents are still present, oily, that fades to a dry oak finish. The rye is not as present as before. Some herbal qualities though. Yummy
