Tastes

Mild. Nothing sticks out. Still enjoyable to kick off a concert. Paired with water and Brussels sprouts.

So spicy on the nose I was convinced it was a Rye. Confirmed it was not. Paired with a roasted trout.

Complex. Lovely. Wish I wasn’t smoking with it so I could get a better measure on my palette. Paired with a GCC Jesuit cigar and a Coke Zero.

Really nice. Even on a hot day. Nice vanilla and pleasant kick.

First I’ve had in a few weeks. Definitely skewed there, but still excellent either way. Was dessert to octopus & scallops. Thoroughly enjoy the 1:4 ratio of spice to sweet. Didn’t pick up on the fruit as much. Would buy again.

Interesting. Reminds me of oddly paired foods. It’s fun and intriguing, but not amazing. Glad I tried it, but probably wouldn’t buy again. Paired with: DC & Grand Cathedral house roll
