Good, but not a ton of character

Tastes like Mezcal. In a good way.

Super (like, super) sweet. Tastes like it can't be just tequila. The bourbon barrel comes in strong on ther nose, with a vanilla punch in the face. Port flavors, and more vanilla - you know, for kids - in your mouth. Goes down faster than you'd expect after you pry your cheeks from your teeth.

Whoa - all the flavors. Sweet smoke, pepper, tropical fruit, and anise. Approachable, but don't try to drink it in a lineup with... anything else.

Perfect anejo when you want more smokey and leathery flavors instead of honey, but keep the smoothness
