Agree with pro reviewer that nose is light and the fruit is there but light on the palate. However. Let it sit 15 minutes and the nose evolves into brown sugar and rye spice with the red fruit jumping out on the palate. The finish lingers nicely so this one gets high marks. Great finish and no burn whatsoever makes this an easy one to enjoy. Compared it to a brandy finished double rye thats excellent but it has more heat and less of a finish than this one. Nice to see the MWND stand out so well.

Tastes like a slightly thinner Old Fitz 10 year (2023). The nose is the same and the flavors are spot on.

Sweet nose. Vanilla bomb with slight caramel and a tingly spice on the tongue. If you’re patient enough to wait and see how long the finish lasts it lingers quite a bit with all the listed flavors popping off on the tongue. However, it’s difficult to wait for the next sip. Its that good. I didn’t get the tea clove or spearmint notes listenin the pro review

Long long finish. Dark chocolate and lingering berry notes. Bing cherry chocolate and light cinnamon. Really good stuff flad I finally opened my bottle.

Smells of cherry vanilla and soft caramel. Oak on the midpalate fruit and caramel on the finish. Nice long finish. Still figuring it out. Reminds me of Stagg batch 18 with same amount of flavor punch at a lower proof.
