Very good, takes water very well and changes flavors from smoky to fruity and herbal. Leave the bottle with the cork off for a few days, this one needs to oxidize fairly well imo.

Wow... Coconut cream pie in a glass. Takes water very well, needs to sit in the glass a bit or else has a slight ethanol smell. Delicious if you like coconut flavor.

Lots of oak on the mid palate, sweet and caramel/vanilla. Tasted over oaked to the tasting group, we all agreed we would not buy again, not worth $100... another OB fail.
