Sweet sugary floral nose. That sip comes in thin and oily sweet candy like sugars almost like a peppermint hard candy coast your entire palate. The sweetness explodes into the minty freshness and vanished but not completely it's there but fading slowly like a fog on a spring morning.55.0 USD per Bottle

This is the perfect marriage of a sweet wheat and rye bourbons. All of the sweet corn and soft wheat flavors coat your palate and as you move it around you can sense that the whiskey is changing all around you. Slowly it starts to transform into a rye spicy familiar with most rye type mashbills. I compare it to a roller coaster only the slow build up to the top of the hill. Sweet to spicy. Now for the unfortunate side...this distillery was a victim of 2020 and had to close there doors. So if you can find one grab it. Good Luck 🥃45.0 USD per Bottle
