Vanilla, oakeyness, and a bit spice. Lingers around a bit. Very enjoyable easy sipper. Might even say great intro bourbon.

Drinks like a wine more than a whiskey. Very enjoyable. Sweet red wine nose and palate

Warm southern breeze in a glass. Almost like a malted milk chocolate candy but not as sweet and a tea flavor

Peat smoke and dirt on a warm summer day in the south on the nose. The taste is somewhat different grassy, and a hint of dried apricots from a trail mix snack and grain lots of grain

Tire fire on the nose. Very similar to HP 12 just more earthy and smoke

Sweet sugary floral nose. That sip comes in thin and oily sweet candy like sugars almost like a peppermint hard candy coast your entire palate. The sweetness explodes into the minty freshness and vanished but not completely it's there but fading slowly like a fog on a spring morning.

This is the perfect marriage of a sweet wheat and rye bourbons. All of the sweet corn and soft wheat flavors coat your palate and as you move it around you can sense that the whiskey is changing all around you. Slowly it starts to transform into a rye spicy familiar with most rye type mashbills. I compare it to a roller coaster only the slow build up to the top of the hill. Sweet to spicy. Now for the unfortunate side...this distillery was a victim of 2020 and had to close there doors. So if you can find one grab it. Good Luck 🥃

Sweet brown sugar, oakeyness, and carmel

Thin yet oily, metallic vanilla frosting, medium finish, no alcohol burn at all. Hands down 100x better than Crown Royal. Update 6-21-21 still thin but picked up some honey and oak and the vanilla isn't as metallic as before.
