This to me is fantastic. I got your typical bourbon flavors right up front. Carmel, brown sugar sweetness, then it flips to rich, dark fruits the heat comes on from the proof not overwhelming just enough to let you know it's there. I'm still very new at tasting notes in the grand scheme but if you see the store pick. Grab it!

Delightful 4 gain whiskey. I have been able to sit with this and pick up all contributions from each gain. With a minimum of 9 months aging this to me by far is a hands down OMG bottle if you see and are a bit curious, dont hesitate to get your hands on it.

OBSF super delicate but not fragile, a hint of fresh mint and cherries one the nose. The taste is sweet like candy, not over sweet. Full of minty cherry freshness a slight bit of oak, not heavy oak. Solid pick. 56.2% abv

Prepare for the rye spice to hit you in the nose and palate. The finish seems to go on and on unfolding more of the rye goodnees until it slowly fades away.

Just like white label Jim Beam only proofed higher.

Bananas and cream oatmeal a touch of vanilla and carmel with a tiny bit of oak.

All I get is wet hay and ethanol. Maybe a good mixer but I'm not a huge fan.
