Oak, char, and smoke on the nose, with some toasted marshmallow. Palate was rich and spicy. Long, got, steady finish. Absolutely delicious.

Nose: Sherry and caramel. Maybe a bit of lingering butterscotch? Palate: Full body, very creamy. Oak, caramel, and some chocolate covered cherry. Finish: Easy brown sugar and caramel, then some hot cinnamon that sticks around a while.
