Tastes

Delicate caramel notes with a very light vanilla aftertaste, almost floral. Very smooth for a five year, just a little spice but no burn. Recommend drinking neat, or very small amount of water/ice.

Maybe the bottle opened up since my first taste. It’s a really well rounded whisky. A bit sweet and savoy on the finish thanks to the sherry. Great for sharing and a good option for those who prefer a light peat.
