Bain's Cape Mountain Whisky
Single Grain — Western Cape, South Africa
Reviewed December 26, 2021 (edited June 6, 2022)Weird and fun, something in-between bourbon and Irish. Young, but complex, caramel ranging from sweet to burnt and dry, with a lot of heat. -
Bushmills American Oak Cask Finish
Blended — Northern Ireland , Ireland

Tequila Blanco — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed September 7, 2021 (edited September 14, 2021)Light, enjoyable fruitiness without any controversies. It doesn't mean it's not memorable as it's solid and easily drinkable. -
Hatozaki Pure Malt Japanese Whisky
Blended Malt — Japan
Reviewed May 23, 2021 (edited December 16, 2023)Delightful lack of coloring is easily mistaken for lack of maturity, but what it really resembles is easily drinkable afternoon white wine.
