Tried this at an airport lounge before my flight to Vancouver. A good starter whisky which has notes of maple, vanilla, caramel, and spices. Better off mixed. Would like to try the higher end crown royals such as the northern harvest rye, cornerstone, xo, xr, wine cask finish, select barrel, cask 16.

Centinela Añejo Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed July 17, 2018 (edited November 28, 2020)While visiting Mexico, I was looking for a bottle unavailable or hard to find in the US or significantly cheaper in Mexico. An employee at that liquor store recommended me to buy that bottle and boy it’s really good. Bourbon like with flavors of caramel, vanilla, fruitiness, and a little spice. This might be as good as or better than Don Julio 1942 at a fraction of the cost. -
