Tastes

Mint and brown sugar immediately jump out on the nose. Slight cereal notes on the nose as well. On the palate mint and dill are the prominent note as well as a nice malty funk. Not in a bad way (Jamaican Funk that what it is). Clove and cinnamon show up on the back of the palate. Coupled with a rich brown sugar and vanilla. A nice velvety texture with a medium finish.

Right down home plate. I really like this off of the neck pour. A nice velvety texture on the palate.

Nose: Brown sugar on the nose and oak is definitely present. Vanilla syrup and candy corn as well. I can’t quite figure out the dark richness that I’m getting. I will save that for the next time. Palate: A very pleasant texture to this bourbon. Oak and brown sugar immediately hit the palate. With a nice chocolate note on the finish.

Nose: Nice brown sugar, sweet oak char, honey roasted peanuts. Palate: Oak on the front end with sweet caramel on the back. Finish: A nice simi- velvety texture. Smooth medium finish with a nice oaky spice throughout.
